* Tablecloth Group
30/2 ring-spun yarn, mercerized, 55 thread, 215g/m2, optical white
* Towel Group (Hand, bathroom, foot, shaving, bathrobe)
All of our towel groups are manufactured with double stitching technology in the form of chain or lock stitching, based on demand. All of our towel groups are treated specifically for softness, whiteness and absorbency. Logos or embroidery can also be added based on preference. The products are under company warranty for 3 years with the proper laundering conditions.
16/1 towel: manufactured out of single-ply yarn no. 16. Fuller and softer to the touch and in appearance as compared to the double-ply yarn. Taller pile height. More absorbent. Preferred more frequently due to these qualities.
20/2 towel: manufactured out of double-ply yarn no. 20. Shorter pile as compared to 16/1 towels. Due to this quality, these towel fabrics are used for jacquard weaving. Firmer to the touch than 16/1 towels.
Jacquard weaving: The name of the pattern created on the fabric while weaving.
Embroidered towel: Created by embroidering patterns on the towel with embroidery thread.
Yarn dyed towels: Towels manufactured with dyed yarn (yarn in different colors). Can be jacquard woven based on preference. Generally manufactured for use in spas and beaches.
Ball dyed towels: Towels manufactured in a single color. After manufacturing, the towel is dyed in a single color in the shape of a ball.
Indanthrene dye: A dyeing technique to increase the fastness of color during the process of dyeing cotton products. The colors are much more long lived on products manufactured with this technique.
Reactive dye: A dyeing technique used for cotton products. Color longevity is shorter compared to indanthrene dye.

TERMINOLOGY
Thread: The total number of weft and warp threads in 1 cm2. An apparatus with a lens, called a loupe, measures the number of threads in fabric. As the number of threads increases, the yarn used in the fabric will be less uneven, and the fabric will be of higher quality and improved texture. Additionally, the thickness of the yarn decreases as the number of threads increases.
Touch: The tangible softness of the fabric.
Open-end spun yarn: Manufactured with an open-end spinning method. Generally has a more uneven texture than ring-spun yarn. This type of yarn is used in medium- and low-quality products. Fabrics produced with these types of yarn have a higher chance of pilling. Less durable than ring-spun yarn.
Ring-spun yarn: Manufactured with a spindle apparatus. Subject to more treatment as compared to open-end spun yarn made from raw material (cotton). Fabrics manufactured with this method have a lower chance of including foreign materials (fibers). Durability, pilling and touch quality are higher than open-end spun yarn.
Weft density: This type of yarn is used along the width of the fabric. The term refers to the number of threads in 1 cm of the fabric in the weft direction.
Warp density: This type of yarn is used along the length of the fabric. The term refers to the number of threads in 1 cm of the fabric in the warp direction.
In general: The warp thread is generally thinner and denser than the weft thread.
Optical: The name of the chemical substance used in the dyeing process. The specialty of the optical white dyeing technique is to ensure that the product is dyed a brighter white.
Sanforization: A finishing treatment to ensure that the fabric shrinks as little as possible after laundering.
Mercerization: A finishing treatment to increase the fabric’s brightness and smoothness after laundering.
